Booking Policy

Appointments can be made via:

  • Treatwell

  • Direct booking (e.g. Instagram or message)

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment Terms

Treatwell Bookings:
A valid card is required to secure your appointment via Treatwell.

  • In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, up to 100% of the appointment cost may be charged automatically.

Direct Bookings:
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late cancellations may result in a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost

  • Deposits are non-refundable

This policy ensures fairness and protects appointment availability.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in:

  • 100% charge of the booked treatment (via Treatwell or retained deposit)

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late:

  • Your appointment may need to be shortened

  • In some cases, it may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation

Full charges may still apply.

Treatment Suitability

We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if:

  • It is deemed unsuitable

  • There are concerns regarding safety or client health

This is to ensure the highest standard of care.

Results & Maintenance

Results vary depending on the individual.

  • Regular maintenance (infills or upkeep) is required

  • Proper aftercare must be followed

We are not responsible for reduced retention due to lifestyle or aftercare.

Home Studio Policy

The Brow Lash Exchange operates from a private home studio in Vauxhall, London.

  • The full address will be provided after booking confirmation

  • We kindly ask clients to respect the privacy of the space

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm and professional environment:

  • No additional guests or children are permitted unless agreed in advance
